    Wow, that is amazing looking! So many tubes, that'll heat up any room so sauna temp!!

    There is something about a lot of tubes, isn't there. You should have seen some of the tube stuff in the military. Remember the pictures of some of the first computers.

    Here is a link to an amp that is affordable. Also, while you're there check out the more power "The Beast". Apparently all those tubes run cool.

    If I were to buy anything, however, my first choice would be the wonderful (at least from all I've read) easy-to-build in one or two evenings "Grounded Grid Preamp."
